In this case Pope Francis he has a routine like a normal person, he takes his brekfast, he recite the rosary, also he has vacations and he also has a hobby. May be to be a leader it's hard because they have to take the correct decisions for a society and in my opinion The Pope Francis is a very kind person and he couldn’t has a lot of luxuries because that would look like a bad thing because he is a religious person.
